Patient journey

We will guide you step by step through the various stages and formalities of your hospitalisation and your stay at HPSC.

#1 - Practitioner Consultation

Make an appointment with your practitioner at his or her office in the city or at the clinic. It is during this consultation that your future hospitalisation will be decided.

#2 - Pre-operative Anaesthetic Consultation

You will be referred to the anaesthetist by the consulting room. This appointment is compulsory.

#3 - Pre-admission

You will receive an email so that you can complete your pre-admission from your Doctolib account.

#4 - Admission

A secretary will welcome you and check that you have all the documents you need for your treatment.

#5 - Stay

The medical and paramedical team is on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that your stay runs smoothly.

#6 - Output

The date of your discharge will be confirmed with your doctor the day before.

#7 - Post-hospitalisation

You will be contacted by a nurse the day after your operation to ensure that your return home has gone smoothly.
