- Coordinating healthcare pathways.
- Organising access to care and prevention.
- Facilitating and developing access to outpatient care.
- Preventing and adapting hospitalisation, with or without accommodation.
- Improving the response to medical emergencies.
- Facilitating the use of information and communication technologies.
- Implement and evaluate the Charter.
