Establishment project

After two and a half years of work, Hôpital Privé Sud Corse is unveiling its new facility in June 2024, as well as an ambitious new roadmap for the years ahead.

Objectives, values, means of action: our establishment project is part of an approach to modernisation and innovation for the benefit of our patients and health in Corsica.

Projects and Values :
The basis of Our Excellence

In our private health establishment, we firmly believe that the quality of care and well-being of our patients are the result of a collective commitment. These values are not just the responsibility of management, but are shared and embodied by all managers, private practitioners, carers and other staff. Everyone at the hospital has an essential role to play in promoting these values and making them a reality on a daily basis.

Ǫuality of care

With the support of the management and medical teams, the management places the quality of care at the heart of its concerns. We implement medical practices based on the best scientific evidence and technological innovation, while ensuring the safety and efficacy of treatments. Private practitioners, as key players in the care of patients, also contribute to this approach by updating their knowledge and complying with the care protocols defined by the establishment.

Respect for the individual

Respect for the dignity and autonomy of each patient is a value shared at all levels of the establishment. The management is committed to guaranteeing individualised and respectful care, while ensuring the confidentiality of medical information. All managers, nurses and private practitioners are committed to creating a care environment where mutual respect and listening are at the heart of our practices.

Humanism

Humanism is at the heart of our vision of care. The hospital strives to provide a caring environment where every patient feels supported and understood in their medical and emotional needs. This involves attentive listening, empathy and person-centred care, provided by all the teams under the leadership of the management team. Private practitioners and support workers, as partners, also play a key role in creating a relationship of trust with patients.

Innovation

Innovation in care and organisation is encouraged at all levels. The management supports and steers innovative projects, in collaboration with managers, private practitioners and other healthcare professionals, to continually improve patient care. The introduction of new technologies and new methods of care is the result of collaborative work between all those involved in the establishment.

Professional excellence

Professional excellence is a shared objective. Ongoing training and skills development are essential to guarantee high-quality care. Each player is responsible for maintaining a level of excellence in his or her practices, focusing on compliance with standards and the quest for continuous improvement.

Transparency and ethics

Transparency and ethics guide all our actions. The management implements clear and transparent procedures for the management of human and financial resources. Everyone is committed to an ethical framework, guaranteeing practices that respect the integrity of patients, staff and the establishment. This transparency is essential if we are to maintain the trust of our patients and partners.

Liability

We act responsibly towards our patients, our employees and society. We have a CSR approach to adopt responsible and sustainable practices, both in the management of resources and in patient care. Private practitioners, like other stakeholders, are involved in implementing a management approach that respects the environment and social expectations.

Collaboration and teamwork

Cooperation and solidarity are essential principles in patient care. The management supports a work organisation that encourages collaboration between the various teams (carers, doctors, administrative staff, etc.). Private practitioners, managers and other staff share a common objective: to provide comprehensive and coherent care for each patient, in a spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance.

Accessibility and equity

The management is committed to guaranteeing access to care for all, in accordance with the principles of equity. Management and private practitioners work together to ensure that every patient receives the care they need, regardless of social or economic status. This also includes personalised care, which takes into account the specific characteristics of each patient.

Well-being at work

A respectful and fulfilling working environment is essential to providing quality care. The management ensures that favourable working conditions are in place for all of the establishment's professionals. Managers are involved in managing the quality of life at work, and private practitioners and other staff are involved in this process to create a positive, stimulating and safe working environment for everyone.

These values, which are shared and supported by the management, senior staff, private practitioners and all those involved, guarantee high-quality, respectful and humane care for every patient. They form the foundations on which our culture of care and our commitment to excellence are built.
