Medical biology tests at the Clinique d'Ajaccio are carried out 24 hours a day by the Canarelli-Colonna-Fernandez Laboratory (CCF), a multi-site laboratory that has been accredited since 2011 in accordance with the NF EN ISO 15189 standard on laboratory quality and skills. The accreditation requirements are periodically assessed by COFRAC.

The samples taken, rigorously identified, are transported to one of the CCF Laboratory's technical platforms, under time and temperature conditions that comply with pre-analytical requirements. They are then analysed by authorised personnel, using high-tech equipment and validated protocols.

Reports on test results, interpreted by a team of medical biologists who are specialists in their field, are sent to prescribers as quickly as possible, while respecting confidentiality and professional secrecy.
