Duties of the position
We are recruiting an Operating Theatre Manager to manage and support our teams in a stimulating, innovative and structured environment.

Reporting to management and working with the medical and paramedical teams, you will :
- Organise and coordinate the activities of the operating theatre to guarantee the quality and safety of care,
- Supervise and support teams in the development of skills and day-to-day management,
- Play an active role in continuous improvement projects and in optimising practices,
- Contribute to the block's cohesion and working atmosphere.

The profile we're looking for
The candidate must be an IBODE or Health Executive with nursing training. A minimum of 3 to 5 years' significant experience in an operating theatre is essential for this position.
He/she will also need to have a proven command of all block performance indicators, this being a non-negotiable prerequisite.
Initial management experience is appreciated, as is the ability to work as part of a team.
The candidate will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, rigour and a keen sense of priorities.
