Hôpital Privé Sud Corse is a benchmark healthcare establishment in the region, with state-of-the-art technical facilities and committed multidisciplinary teams. Our operating theatre, at the heart of our surgical activity (orthopaedics, visceral, ophthalmology, aesthetics, etc.), is looking for an IBODE Referent to guarantee excellence in surgical care.
Reporting to the Director of Care, you will be responsible for the operational coordination and quality of care within the technical platform.
1. Coordination and Organisation :
- Organising and regulating daily activity in the operating theatres in line with the operating schedule.
- Acting as an interface between surgeons, anaesthetists and paramedical teams.
- Manage emergencies and schedule changes in real time.
2. Technical Expertise and Quality :
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, asepsis and safety protocols.
- Ensuring the conformity and availability of ancillary equipment and sterile medical devices.
- Taking an active part in the OR's quality and risk management approach.
3. Management and support :
- Supporting the integration and training of new arrivals and trainees.
- To disseminate good professional practice relating to the operating theatre speciality.
- Participating in the assessment of equipment requirements and investment projects.
Profile required
- Training : State Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing (IBODE) essential.
- Experience : You will have significant experience in a multidisciplinary operating theatre. Initial experience of coordination or referral would be a major advantage.
- Skills : Rigorous command of health and safety measures, organisational skills, responsiveness and leadership.
- Qualities : Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, ability to manage stress and drive.
