Job description
1. Medical treatment
- Consultations, medical follow-up and comprehensive care for hospitalised patients.
- Clinical assessment, diagnosis, prescriptions and implementation of treatments.
- Daily visits, prescriptions, coordination and exchanges with families.
- Working in cooperation with private practitioners working in the establishment.
- Ensuring continuity of care with care teams and on-call duty.
- Follow-up of pathways between Medicine and the USC according to pathologies and coding rules.
2. Quality and safety of care
- Active participation in risk management and the quality approach (traceability, AEIAS, RMM, RCP, etc.).
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of practices.
- Application of institutional protocols: hygiene, medication circuit, transfusion, etc.
3. Communication & coordination
- Participation in department meetings, staff meetings and cross-departmental bodies (CLUD, CLIN, etc.).
- Coordination with internal and external teams (paramedics, families, HAD, etc.).
- Links with external correspondents: GPs, specialists, upstream/downstream structures.
4. Corporate function & projects
- Development and monitoring of Day Hospital programmes.
- Training and support for self-employed doctors in coding procedures and diagnoses.
- Participation in the clinic's medical projects (geriatrics, palliative care, etc.).
- Contribution to certification, audits, in-house training.
- Suggestions for improving the service in conjunction with management.
- Interface with partners (including CHA for certain specialities).
Profile required
You are a qualified medical doctor registered with the CNOM: your expertise is recognised and you want to work in a modern, stimulating environment.
You enjoy multidisciplinary medicine and have a solid clinical practice, enabling you to deal with a wide range of medical situations.
And you're comfortable using digital tools, so you'll be able to work easily with computerised patient records and digital prescriptions, in an establishment equipped with the latest technology.
Committed to the quality and safety of care, you are keen to offer optimal care and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices.
A good communicator, a good teacher and a real team player, you enjoy multidisciplinary collaboration and exchanges with families, healthcare professionals and external partners.
Further information
Part-time permanent contract 1 week out of 2, ideally from Monday to Friday.
Participation in medical on-call duty depending on how the service is organised.
Involvement in direct admissions and unscheduled treatment, in conjunction with SOS Médecin and the imaging department, to structure internal pathways.
