Hôpital Privé Sud Corse is a key player in the health sector in Ajaccio. We place people at the heart of our concerns, both for our patients and for our staff. To strengthen our administrative department, we are looking for a versatile and rigorous Payroll and Training Manager.
Your tasks
Reporting to Management, you will manage payroll independently and monitor skills development.
1. Payroll management (QSP software)
- Collecting, entering and checking payroll variables (hours, absences, bonuses, standby duty).
- Preparing and checking pay slips.
- DSN management and calculation of social security contributions.
- Monitoring paid leave, sick leave and accidents at work.
- Relations with social organisations and regulatory monitoring.
2. Administrative Management & End of contract
- Completion of exit documents (STC, certificates, France Travail attestations).
- Calculation of termination payments (statutory and contractual).
- Updating administrative files.
3. Training Management (ICSOS Partnership)
- Drawing up and implementing a skills development plan.
- Administrative and financial management in close collaboration with the expert firm ICSOS.
4. Versatility & HR Support
- Support for accounting tasks as required.
- Ensure the continuity of the HR department: reception and management of administrative emergencies in the event of absence from the department.
Profile required
Bac+2 to Bac+3 specialising in Payroll Management, Accounting or Human Resources.
- Experience : Significant experience in payroll (ideally in a hospital environment).
- Tools : Software expertise QSP is a major asset. Excellent command of Excel.
- People skills : Absolute rigour, discretion (confidentiality), team spirit and great adaptability.
