Job description
Your role is to anticipate and resolve the social difficulties associated with chronic illness and hospitalisation:
- Help in compiling ALD (Affection Longue Durée), invalidity, RQTH (Reconnaissance de la Qualité de Travailleur Handicapé) or MDPH files.
- Supporting patients (particularly those with IBD and pain) in the process of adapting their workstation or working part-time.
- Assess the social situation and family support to ensure successful post-operative follow-up.
- Provision of human or material assistance if necessary.
- Building bridges with the CPAM, CAF and social partners in Ajaccio and Corse-du-Sud.
Profile required
- State Diploma in Social Work (DEASS) mandatory.
- Experience of working in a hospital or social security environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of social legislation and healthcare systems.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (doctors, psychologist, nurses).
- Excellent writing skills (company reports, briefing notes).
